The important conditions belong to the vehicle, not to a generic platform promise. Check them before you send your request.
No online prepayment
GetnDrive does not take the rental payment and does not hold the refundable security deposit. You submit the request on the platform and pay the partner at pickup.
Refundable deposit, per vehicle
Every vehicle shows its refundable security deposit and accepted payment methods. The partner holds and returns it under the vehicle's rental conditions.
Insurance, per vehicle
Insurance type, excess or deductible, renter liability and exclusions are shown for each vehicle — not as one universal promise.
The amount shown as "Pay at pickup" is paid to the rental partner, not to GetnDrive.

You do not need a fully verified profile to begin. A standard GetnDrive account can search vehicles and send booking requests. When it's useful, strengthen your Trust Profile by confirming contact details, connecting an external account, adding optional travel information and completing successful rentals.
Optional verification can strengthen your Trust Profile, but every booking request is reviewed by the rental partner.
